Are your original artworks really one of a kind?
Yes. Each original is a single, unrepeated piece — when it finds its home, it's gone. Many originals live on as prints, so a piece you love is rarely out of reach entirely.
How are your prints made?
Our prints are produced to order by a professional print partner — each one is made because you asked for it. Printing to order means no warehouse of unsold stock and less waste, which suits the sanctuary just fine.
When will my order ship?
Original artwork and ready-made goods ship within 3–5 business days. Printed-to-order pieces take 2–5 business days to produce, then ship. You'll receive tracking by email either way.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. If you're elsewhere in the world and something calls to you, reach out through our contact page — we'd love to know where the sanctuary is wanted next.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We're so sorry — and we'll make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
What is your return policy?
Prints, ceramics, and home goods may be returned within 30 days in unused, original condition. Original artwork is a final-sale piece given its one-of-a-kind nature — but if anything is wrong with your order, contact us and we'll take care of you. Full details are in our Return Policy.
Do you take commissions?
Sometimes! Our artists each have their own rhythm and availability. Send us a note through the contact page and we'll pass it to the right hands.
Who makes what you sell?
Our own small circle of artists, plus aligned independent makers we trust. Every product page tells you whose hands made the piece.
How should I care for my print?
Keep it out of direct sunlight and damp rooms, and frame it under UV-protective glass if you can. Treated gently, a fine art print will hold its color for decades.
